First, I am not a huge tomato soup fan but I am always game to try something new so… My Heart makes tomato soup with orange juice and? It’s pretty damned good. It takes some of the sharpness out of the tomato flavor and adds sweetness without feeling like “Hey, is there orange juice in this?” It’s really good.
Healthy choice soup (lower sodium) and pulp free oj
one can of tomato soup and about a 1/2 can of water
then a whole can of orange juice
and the accompaniment for tonight’s soup was some leftover calzone from Super Bowl Sunday, heated up in the oven and perfect for dipping. A perfect warm and comfy dinner for a very snowy night
