I love my Heart’s Pizza Nights!
Pizza #1: Gluten-free pizza dough: My Heart said that it was not easy to work with, it didn’t stretch very well. He mixed in some shredded cheese and black pepper. On top: Pizza sauce, shredded four cheese mix & mozzarella, deli pastrami, sliced almonds, two eggs & cheese on top
Pizza #2: Flour tortillas with mozzarella & balsamic glaze between the two tortillas – On Top: artichoke asiago cheese spread, bacon, peppered salami, mozzarella
