My Heart’s creation – he found a recipe on a gluten-free site and adapted it for a very yummy dinner!
Gluten-free waffle, toasted and topped with some soft-cooked egg yolk

tomato slice
Topped with the rest of the egg – the white has marinated for an hour or so with garlic and fresh basil and then poured into a small skilled and, just as it is beginning to set, the yolk is added to cook to a soft consistency as the white finishes cooking – Absolutely delicious!
