More and more we are seeing the benefits of Dark Chocolate but I thought this article was particular interesting – mostly because I’m under a lot of stress right now. Part of my thoughts have to do with our Crash points each day… around 10:30-11am and around 3pm most people “crash”… I want to climb under my desk and take a nap, frankly. So what do we grab? I’ve been good lately about grabbing some fruit but sometimes that just doesn’t do it. What if we could have a bite of chocolate? It’s sweet… check! It’s got some caffeine… check! And… wait… it’s good for us? Cool !!!
