2012 Menu 11: Mar 11 – Mar 17

This was my breakfast in bed on Sunday morning, March 11 – my Heart’s 1st attempt to copy the Voodoo Donut: Bacon Maple Bar, which is absolutely amazing (he even brought us home some from his trip to Portland) – the above was a gluten-free waffle, toasted, topped with a maple glaze (he is working on making it more of a frosting) and slices of thick cut bacon… what is NOT to Love!!
