Ground turkey was on sale and is “healthier” than ground beef so I thought I would experiment and see if turkey tacos were just as good as beef.
The turkey is blander than beef so I wanted to make sure this dish was still flavorful – the Hot & Spicy taco seasoning worked great
Hard tacos (corn) for me and soft tacos (flour) for my Heart. Shredded cheddar and sour cream. Choice of fresh pico de gallo or regular salsa for my Heart.
The tacos were pretty yummy – we’ll definitely do them again!
