This is definitely one of my Heart’s Go To desserts. It is super easy and always a major HIT! It also travels fairly well so we frequently share it at parties, potlucks, etc.
Heavy cream whipped up stiff – a package of Chips Ahoy cookies (this time the super chunky variety)
Cream Sherry – Method: dunk cookie in sherry – spread with whipped cream
Place in container – continue…
A little more whipped cream spread across the top and some chocolate grated on top – Super Simple!! This is best made the night before so that the sherry is really soaked in (if there is any sherry left in the bowl it is poured into a corner of the pan to also get soaked up) – much like Triffle, it just gets better with time! YUM!
