Steak & Salad and Citrus Parfait


Very simple dinner – London Broil with salad.

Onions and mushrooms sauteed in olive oil until caramelized – for the steak topping.






Salad: Butter lettuce with cucumbers, grape tomatoes, red onion, & bleu cheese – pick your own dressing.


Two medium-sized London Broil steaks sprinkled with Montreal Steak Seasoning – one cook medium & one cooked rare on a George Foreman Grill.


Citrus Parfait layers: Lime jello with lime zest & fresh lime sections – 2 tsp Tequila – whipped cream – Lemon instant pudding with lemon zest – whipped cream – fresh lemon slices – My Heart created the perfect fresh dessert after a very hearty dinner – YUM
