This is one of my favorite salads – the BLTA (Bacon Lettuce Tomato Avocado).
Chopped tomatoes, avocados, and bacon – Mixed greens (also really good on baby spinach).
Normally serve this with Ranch dressing but my Heart isn’t a fan so we used a vinegrette and it was just as yummy!
