I work late on Wednesday nights – 8pm Senior Class Council means a long day and a late dinner – I am so lucky that my Heart is willing to create dinner and eat so late. I Love Pizza Night!
This time – lavash
Inside – Layered onto the lavash – Trader Joe’s Three Layer Hummus (on the top and the bottom) – a layer of shredded cheddar (top & bottom) – store-bought roasted chicken mixed with BBQ sauce, ketchup, whiskey, and sriracha sauce and cooked in a saucepan until slightly thickened – Green pepper slices and fresh mushrooms
Topped with more shredded cheddar cheese and baked in a 400-degree oven for 20 minutes until golden. It was more panini-like than actual pizza but delicious no matter what you call it ! YUM
