Sunday Roast, June 29 – Easy Chicken Tacos and super amazing Dessert Burritos – one of my favorite quick and simple taco dishes.

The Dessert Burritos included whipped cream vodka marinated berries and ice cream surrounded by a gluten-free thin pancake topped with a chocolate ganache and chocolate whipped cream. YUM

Monday, July 30 – “Cajun” Tilapia was dipped in honey & hot sauce and coated with panko and almonds and served with sautéed kale with bacon and Zatarains Reduced Sodium Dirty Rice mixed with black-eyed peas. My Heart didn’t love the kale but the rest of the meal was pretty good.

Tuesday, July 31 – Italian Pork Tenderloin on gluten-free fusilli – Definitely a make-again dinner.. Delicious
Wednesday, August 1 – Long day so we went out for Chinese at China Moon, one of our friends’ favorite restaurants – it wasn’t amazing but was pretty good – we will probably go back (unfortunately I forgot my camera so no pics).

Our next stop was the Hudson Street Stackhouse for a bite to eat with my Heart and a business friend – the BBQ Wings were HUGE and I splurged and had the vegetarian pizza which was very cheesy and delicious – totally worth it!

Friday, August 3 – Movie Night: Total Recall – Definitely not as good as the original and you better be prepared to suspend disbelief because the storyline is pretty farfetched. Dinner was at our favorite – Don Pablos.

Saturday, August 4 – Breakfast was to clean out the fridge but it turned out quite well – Smoked Salmon Breakfast Tacos – Yum!

And Saturday Night we were back at Boordy Vineyards for a Summer Serenades night – a little British Invasion with The English Channel band. Wegmans Sushi was part of our nibbles that night and our friends were definitely Rocking the Union Jack
