Mabo Tofu & Veggie Gyoza


Another gray day with a little rain… and then more rain just as I was heading for home. Tired and ready to chill – Sounded like a good night for some quick and each Chinese – One of my favorites: Mabo Tofu – always an part of any Homemade Chinese dinner, even a Sunday Roast  –  some frozen vegetable gyoza (or pot stickers) and some rice.





Nothing fancy but very comforting, quick and easy – Yum!
