Salmon fillet on sale – Just what I had in mind!
Salmon fillet with just a drizzle of olive oil and a hearty sprinkling of freshly ground Italian season – I like this blend, good flavors and a touch of heat.
I do miss having a BBQ grill but the stove-top grill works well enough.
Grilled salmon next to simple rice pasta with pesto and cucumbers marinated in Trader Joe’s Balsamic salad dressing, chopped fresh basil and lots of freshly ground pepper – Super Simple but Super Yum!
