Flounder with Shrimp Sauce


Flounder fillets were on sale so Fish Monday: Flounder with Shrimp Sauce.


Flounder fillets topped with lemon juice, freshly ground pepper, raw shrimp then rolled and placed in an oiled-pan.Covered and baked in a 425-degree oven for 20-25 minutes.


Shrimp sauce: butter, flour, milk, dijon mustard, freshly ground pepper and chopped shrimp. Served the baked fish on long-grain white rice with steamed broccoli and topped with the shrimp sauce. YUM!
