Creamy Smoked Salmon pasta


Since our trip to England – HealthCampDC – Hand surgery – the 4th of July… I think I am almost ready to start posting menus again (sigh) but.. until then. This was a great dinner that was super simple.


The plan was a caprese salad but I left the fresh mozzarella at the kids apartment so – sliced tomatoes with fresh basil with a spiced balsamic reduction (which we bought in Maine a couple years ago) was a fine side-dish. The Philadelphia flavored cream cheese for the sauce – my intention was just chives but they were out (how is that possible) so – Garden Vegetable


Sliced up the smoked salmon and melted the cream cheese – added just a touch of milk for smoothness but not too much. And, of course, rice pasta – this time fusilli


Super simple, not horribly bad for us, Very satisfying! YUM!
