So for whatever reason we did not plan dessert for after Christmas Eve dinner but my Heart is very creative and went searching in the kitchen. He started out with Gluten-free pancake mix and then started looking for something to “batter” and fry??? with my daughter’s help they discovered a stash of marshmallows
After one dipping and then frying – the marshmallows disintegrate & melt too quickly
but if they are then RE-dipped in the batter and re-fried – very puffy and lovely
He perfected the process
and served up with whipped cream! These were absolutely delicious, not greasy at all – what a great experiment! YUM!
