Finally made the steak burritos I had planned with the leftover flank steak.
I’ve had these beans in the cupboard for a while… they are actually fairly low in sodium. Next, sauteed onions, peppers and some mushrooms
..then the leftover steak. Burrito composition: peppers, onions, mushrooms, steak…
..some of the beans with just a little sauce and shredded Mexican cheese.
Grilled up the burritos and served with fresh avocado slices.
Pretty simple but very satisfying – YUM!!
