A very messy but pretty yummy experiment for brunch.
Tortilla chips covered in Mexican cheese blend (two separate piles so I could then serve them on individual plates),
covered with sauteed peppers, onions, and smoked sausage,
another layer of chips and the sausage & veggies then coveredwith cheese and baked in a 400-degree oven for about 20 minutes.
Topped with scrambled eggs and salsa.
